WDI Precision Mold and Plastic Co. Ltd (originally the molding factory of WDI (Xiamen) Plumbing Co. Ltd) was founded in 1995. The company specializes in the design, processing and manufacturing of precise injection mold, press mold, high frequency vibration welding mold, rotation welding mold and die casting mold. The company has profound experience in the tooling of kitchen and bathroom accessories and fittings, household appliances and vehicle parts. The company is equipped with mold processing equipment and test equipment such as: three-coordinate measuring machine, projector, etc. It has a professional team of mold design and manufacturing and site management with over 200 technical staff, which complete over 500 sets of tooling annually, the worth of 20 million USD. 20% of its products is exported to USA and Japan, with TOTO, Sharp, INAX, Panasonic, Kohler and MANSFIELD as major customers.
In Oct. 2003, WDI set up a urea seat department, one of the first Chinese manufacturers to produce toilet seats with urea material. It has exerting itself in technological innovation and quality improvement, with the aim to become a cost-efficient and satisfactory urea seat producer to customers. In 2005, it set up an precise injection workshop and realize the overall service from mold development and design, manufacturing, to sample providing and ramp-up processing.
